Pori Art Museum wants to be a museum where everyone has the opportunity to visit in a safe and enjoyable environment.

At Pori Art Museum, everyone has the right to be themselves, and we treat each other with consideration. In the exhibition and public areas, we walk calmly and avoid touching the works of art. However, the exhibitions are open to the sounds of life: chatting, wondering, crying, and laughing.

Exhibitions may sometimes include loud noises, darkness, or bright lights. The content of each exhibition may not always be suitable for the most sensitive visitors, such as children. However, there is always something to see and experience for all ages. It’s worth checking out the exhibitions in advance, for example, on the museum’s website. You can also ask the customer service staff questions and request more information about your visit.

If you encounter inappropriate behavior during your visit, please let us know immediately. You can also provide feedback afterwards by emailing taidemuseo@pori.fi. Alternatively, you can give anonymous feedback by writing a message in the smiley feedback box in the lobby.

Our staff are always happy to discuss and assist our visitors. Feel free to ask for advice and help if needed!
