LEARN FROM THE ARTIST – Opi taiteilijalta, Hertta Kiiski

In the Learn from the Artist workshops, students explored photography with the guidance of visual artist Hertta Kiiski. The workshops involved discussions about the meanings and construction of photographs, as well as creating their own compositions in a Polaroid style. The exhibition pieces are collaborative works from the classes that participated in the workshops. Participants included class 6B from Cygnaeus School, classes 6A and 6C from Kaarisilta School, class 6B from Väinölä School, and students from grades 7–9 from Tiilimäki School. The workshops were organized in collaboration between the Pori Art Museum and the Pori Children’s Culture Center.
