Pori Art Museum has lots of fun things to do for children and adults during the winter holiday weeks 15.2.–2.3. Children under the age of seven should be accomanied by an adult.
SHAPE THE WORLD – non-stop workshop
Thursday 20.2. at 13–15
Do you know what a dodecaherdron is? Let’s find out together! Let’s explore the diverse world of geometry and make our own. Guided by artist Kai Ruohonen. Tickets 5€ at the art museum.
Language in the workshop is Finnish but non-Finnish speakers can get guidance in English.

You can work in the workshop independently. The workshop is free of charge.
Our exhibitions offer experiences and wonders for the whole family!
You can borrow a Tähtihetkiä-backpack full of activities to take with you to the exhibitions.
Art activities for children booklet includes tips what you can do together during your visit.
There’s also a Hands on zone! in the large exhibition hall. The materiasl on display are available to all museum visitors.
- Our exhibition spaces are on the ground floor. You can access the second-floor workshop via stairs or elevator
- Borrow a baby carrier or a stroller
- Baby changing stations are located in the restrooms on both floors
- Breastfeeding is possible in the cafe
- Move calmly in the exhibitions, and don’t touch the artworks. It’s ok to chat, wonder, cry and laugh in our museum!
